Return Process

  Log in to your Civilim account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
